Renewing your wedding vows is something you may have considered for numerous reasons. Maybe it’s a significant anniversary, or you could have both been through testing times. Perhaps you married in an intimate ceremony, or you married abroad and family and friends were unable to attend. Or perhaps your first wedding really didn’t reflect your goth lifestyle and now you both want to have a gothic wedding ceremony. Whatever your reasons, renewing your wedding vows is a poignant ceremony.
Ceremonies can be held in any location, at any venue, and at any time which are important to you. Include handfasting, a unity candle ceremony, a wine ceremony or many other additional unity ceremony elements. You can include your children, family and friends and exchange new rings, bracelets or other specially chosen jewellery.
During the ceremony you will also exchange personalised vows to each other, and you’ll receive a commemorative parchment which can be signed by yourselves and up to four witnesses. You will also receive a keepsake copy of your ceremony.
